Hybrid events take place both face-to-face with a reduced capacity and many virtual participants.

The ECCL has large spaces perfect to organize meetings while respecting the rules of distancing.

Our plenary 1, in particular, allows you to receive up to 100 people with a panel of speakers on stage. This event can be live broadcasted in our other rooms or on a streaming platform using the latest technologies.

The 59th ICCA World Congress, which we had the honor to host in November 2020 at the ECCL as a HUB for Northern Europe, was a demonstration of our know-how for this type of event, with some people physically present in our spaces and 1,500 other participants connected around the world and in particular through other hubs.
