Luxembourg Congrès is a public limited company under private law. It was founded in 1997 by the Luxembourg State and various major stakeholders in the field of tourism and congresses.
Its main roles include:
- Managing the ECCL and Hemicycle;
- Providing buildings for rent to the organisers of congresses and conferences as well as organising these events;
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of the sessions of the Council of the European Union;
- Promoting Luxembourg as a destination for business and conferences.
